1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Work, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "T&Cs"). If you do not agree with any part of these T&Cs, you must immediately cease all use of the Work.
2. Intellectual Property and Copyright Protection
2.1. Ownership and Protection: The Work and the entire content of the Work, including but not limited to, all conceptual designs, visual elements, text, graphics, data, scripts, and underlying code, is an original artistic work created by reyyi (the "Artist"). All intellectual property rights, titles, and interests in the Work are owned exclusively by the Artist and are protected under the provisions of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, as amended, and relevant international conventions.
2.2. Explicit Prohibition on Reproduction and Use: NO PART OF THE WORK MAY BE COPIED, REPRODUCED, MODIFIED, TRANSMITTED, DISTRIBUTED, REPUBLISHED, DISPLAYED, OR PERFORMED IN ANY FORM OR BY ANY MEANS WHATSOEVER - ELECTRONIC, MECHANICAL, PHOTOCOPYING, RECORDING, OR OTHERWISE - WITHOUT THE EXPLICIT, PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE ARTIST.
This prohibition includes, but is not limited to:

2.3. Limited License for Viewing: The Artist grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the Work on your personal or professional device strictly for your own private, non-commercial engagement as an aesthete and patron of art. This license does not convey any right to reproduce or make copies of the work.
3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Work or these T&Cs, particularly concerning copyright infringement, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
4. User Conduct
You agree NOT to use the Work in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Work or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Work; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Work is provided "as is." The Artist will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Work.
